Trigglow from 13, a new notification center and ad placements update

• New notification center: the bell opens a side panel with All, Errors, Success and Info tabs, a button on each notification (Retry, Update payment, Reply…) and archive. Bursts of follows, subs or gifts are grouped into one notification, and it updates instantly.
• New Notifications page (/app/notifications) with category filters, unread only and archived notifications you can restore.
• More things now reach the bell: store sales, failed or pending payments, renewal reminders, new plans, password and email changes, data exports, moderator invites, sponsorship offers and a summary when your stream ends.
• Notifications follow your language: change it and your existing notifications change too.
• Settings → Notifications is organised by category and channel (bell, browser or desktop app, email), with quiet hours and a quiet-while-live option. Security, payment and service notices are always delivered.
• You can turn on browser notifications straight from the bell, so you hear about donations, sales, payments and support replies even with Trigglow closed.
• Notices from the Trigglow team now arrive in your bell and as banners at the top, in your language, and you can close them on every device at once.
• Trigglow can now be used from age 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they're responsible for any payments you make.
• Getting paid is still 18+ only: the first time you set up Stripe or PayPal payouts, apply to Creators or join sponsorships, Trigglow asks you to confirm you're 18 or over. Accounts created before this change are already confirmed.
• The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy have been updated with these age rules; you'll be asked to accept them again the next time you open Trigglow.
• The Trigglow Link and public commands page of streamers on the Free plan now show side banners on wide screens. Starter and Pro keep them ad-free.
• The clip gallery and clip viewer have new ad spots for Free visitors, and the Free dashboard shows a side banner on very wide screens (never in the clip editor).
• Ads still only load after you accept them, never reach visitors on a paid plan, and always run inside a sandbox that can't redirect the page.
• New charts across Trigglow: Analytics, the dashboard, store stats and Trigglow Link stats now draw smooth glowing lines and rounded bars that animate in. Hover, tap or use the arrow keys to see each day's numbers.

Banned phrases fix

• Custom banned word groups now accept whole phrases (up to 120 characters), not just single words.

Song request command fix

• A custom song request command now replaces !sr and !songrequest instead of working alongside them.

A clearer Analytics page, all your earnings in Trigglow Pay, and a big round of fixes

Seasonal animations restored

• The Halloween bats flap their wings again and fly across the top of the screen, both fog banks roll and the spider moves smoothly.
• New Year confetti falls at two speeds again.
• They stay light: streams and videos keep playing smoothly with Trigglow open.

Ban viewers with TrigglowBot, and smoother videos

• Ban is now its own action in chat filters and banned word groups, on Kick, Twitch and YouTube.
• New Moderation commands module: your mods type !ban, !unban or !timeout in chat and TrigglowBot does it on Kick, Twitch and YouTube.
• The chat panel has a Banned list with the viewers TrigglowBot banned, and you can unban them from there.
• Chat filters now also act on YouTube chat.
• Seasonal and theme background animations are now much lighter and pause while a video or live stream is playing, so streams and videos no longer stutter or freeze with Trigglow open.

Kick alerts fixed

• Kick alerts, sounds and chat messages no longer play twice.

Kick reconnect notice

• When your Kick session expires, the channel points step of a new trigger now tells you and shows a button to link Kick again, instead of an empty list.
• If Kick stops accepting your connection, a notice across the app asks you to link Kick again, with a button to do it in one click.

Scheduled maintenance notices

• Scheduled maintenance is announced across the website a few days ahead, with the time in your time zone.
• During maintenance you see a maintenance screen that goes away on its own when we're back; overlays in OBS reconnect by themselves.

Rive alert sound fix

• You can now pick a sound for a Rive alert. It replaces the sound inside the .riv file.

A new look for the whole web, and OBS docks

Security update

• Trigglow now runs on Node.js 24.22.1, the release that fixes a security vulnerability in Node.js. Nothing changes for you.

New sign-in for the OBS plugin

• New sign-in: the plugin shows a code, you open the link page on Trigglow, check that it shows the same code and approve it there. Nothing is connected until you approve it.
• New page to link apps: it shows which app and version is asking to connect, when it asked and the code it should be showing, warns you when the request comes from a different network, and lets you cancel it with "It wasn't me".

• New Alerts tab: pick an event (Follow, Sub, Gifted subs, Bits / KICKs, Raid, Points redeems or Paid alerts) and edit its alert right there. Create it in one click, change the GIF, sound, message and voice, and test it.
• Alert variations: a different alert for a concrete amount, like 12+ months subscribed, a tier, 10+ gifted subs, 1,000+ bits or a raid of 50+ viewers. The most specific one plays.
• Every alert can show an image, GIF or video, play a sound and show a message at the same time, and read the message aloud. No more picking a format: the editor has two steps, "When does it fire?" and "Content", uses the full width and only shows what applies.
• Gifted subs and bits / KICKs are now separate alerts; alerts that covered both are split automatically so nothing stops playing. Alerts always appear centred (move them in OBS).
• Uploaded audio and video are checked for copyrighted music: known songs are refused, audio is limited to 30 seconds and anything that can't be checked goes to manual review, with an email.
• Media library redesign: search, sort, "only unused", drag-and-drop upload with progress, storage usage and original file names. Identical files are no longer stored twice.
• Quests: new "minutes live" goal (e.g. stream Hytale for 1 hour) with game suggestions from Kick and Twitch, plus branding with icon, sponsored or collab badge, partner link and bar colour.
• Fixed: a second sub in a row could lose its alert, Test played alerts twice, test alerts from onboarding never reached OBS without an enabled alert, paid-alert prices couldn't be typed, and a sound-only alert showed its name on stream. The overlay now tells you when the browser blocked the sound.

Easier setup everywhere, music without Spotify and Discord roles for members

• Music overlay without Trigglow's Spotify app: show what's playing from any player with Trigglow Desktop, or link your own Spotify app with a step-by-step guide (Premium needed, now said up front). Song requests clearly tell you they need Spotify.
• The chat bot now tells you when it isn't a moderator (or nothing is connected), with a red banner on every bot and moderation page. Commands get a Test button with a live reply preview, alternative names and a timezone picker.
• Clickable variables with a live preview in automations, loyalty, alert text and Discord messages. Discord adds Send test buttons, a warning when the bot's role is too low to assign a role, and an emoji picker with your server's emojis.
• Store memberships can give buyers a Discord role while they're active; buyers link Discord from their purchase page.
• Alert Test now tells you when no overlay is connected in OBS. Drag any overlay link straight into OBS, apply your branding to all overlays at once, and upload your own images for the emote overlay.
• Number fields can be typed normally and save when you leave them. Automations highlight incomplete actions, suggest OBS names you already used, use a % volume slider and let you review presets before saving. Quests pick channel-point rewards from a list and giveaway minimums are in your currency.
• Payouts show what Stripe still needs in plain words and every payout link opens the right tab; prices show your currency; social links on your pay page are free on every plan; product description templates in the store.
• Onboarding adds "Create your first paid alert" and "Choose your /link", and the first-run wizard can be finished later. Fixed: moderators got the wrong overlay links from the overlays hub, and the emote overlay was missing there.

Viewer and moderator accounts, channel mods, Ad-free plan and 2K clips

• Every new account now picks what it is: streamer, viewer or moderator. Viewers get their own simple home with their purchases and settings, and you can switch later in Settings → Profile. The beta code is only asked when you activate a channel.
• Channel moderators: invite your mods by link or email (or let Trigglow detect them from chat mod badges and Twitch), choose which sections each one can edit, from commands and alerts to giveaways, clips or your store's products. Mods switch channels from the account menu, and every change they make is logged.
• New Ad-free plan (€0.99/month), open to every account: no ads anywhere and clip playback in 1080p and 2K.
• Clips now play up to their original quality (1440p/2K, 60 fps kept), with correct labels for ultrawide and vertical clips. 720p needs an account and 1080p/2K the Ad-free or a paid plan. While paused, step frame by frame with , and . keys.
• Subscribe to clip channels and follow them in the new Subscriptions feed. Channels with few clips are padded with more clips to watch.
• Pin Twitch messages straight from the unified chat.
• Seasonal themes: Halloween, winter, New Year, Valentine's, spring, summer and Trigglow's anniversary bring their own colours, effects and icons. Turn them off in Settings → Language & themes.
• Get stream event emails as one daily digest instead of one email per event. Donor receipts and refund emails now arrive in the donor's language, support ticket emails are translated, and Plus pay hubs are white-label (no Trigglow logo).
• New public pages: About, Advertise (for brands) and Creators (the Trigglow Creators program). Stream info now has a category search with cover art. Security: a 2FA code can no longer be reused, including at login.

A new look: sharper, flatter design and a public pricing page

• A new look across the whole platform: a flatter, sharper design with square corners, thin hairline borders and monospace labels, keeping Trigglow's cyan-to-magenta gradient as the accent. The dashboard, public pages, forms and menus now share one style.
• Cleaner navigation: the sidebar and top bar line up, the public header is split into clear sections with a gradient underline on the current page, and buttons, text fields and dropdowns now all share the same height.
• Smoother feel: an animated headline on the home page, a scrolling ticker, a scroll ruler on the side of public pages and smooth scrolling (all turned off if your system prefers reduced motion).
• Redesigned form controls: flat text fields, square checkboxes, radios and toggles, and menus and dialogs without heavy shadows.
• New public Pricing page (/pricing) comparing the Free, Starter and Plus plans, linked from the header and footer.
• The Trigglow Desktop app screens (title bar, sign-in, setup, settings and chat dock) were updated to the same look.

A complete shop: storefront, memberships, buyer accounts and verification

• New storefront and product pages in the style of Ko-fi and Steam: featured carousel, filters, tags, a multi-item cart with discount codes, image gallery with trailer, FAQ and requirements. Every public page follows the platform's design and works in all 7 languages.
• Create products with a step-by-step builder and live preview. Products go through staff verification before they are sold; edits to an approved product wait for review while the live version keeps selling. Product media is reviewed together with the product.
• New product types and pricing: license keys, free products (price 0), pay-what-you-want, stock limits and discount codes. New Memberships (monthly or yearly) with Trigglow's platform fee on every payment, buyer cancel/resume, and discount codes that apply to the first payment or to every renewal.
• Buyers keep what they paid for: a permanent purchase page that survives the seller deleting the product or the account, emailed receipts, and an optional buyer account with a "My purchases" library. Sellers can verify members from their own site or bot with API keys, or with the new "Sign in with Trigglow" (OAuth).
• Refunds are now per item (even inside a cart), memberships included, and support can open a dispute with the seller from the ticket system. Fixes: orders stuck as pending now complete or cancel, and long descriptions no longer overflow.

Current Trigglow logo in emails and receipts

• Emails, PDF receipts and the Stripe checkout page now show the current Trigglow logo instead of the old one.

Dynamic Delay updates page matches the real plugin versions

• The Dynamic Delay OBS updates page now lists every real plugin release, from 0.1.0 to 0.5.0, with its real date.

Support attachments download correctly

• Fixed support-ticket attachments (such as OBS logs sent from the Dynamic Delay report button) downloading as a web page instead of the real file.

A clearer page to connect Trigglow apps

• The page that links an app to your account (Trigglow Dynamic Delay, the Desktop app and the Stream Deck plugin) has a new look: a centered card with a clear icon for each step: sign in, confirm, connected, or missing code.
• It now says which app is asking to connect ("Trigglow Desktop App", "Trigglow Stream Deck" or "Trigglow Dynamic Delay") instead of always naming Dynamic Delay.
• Once you confirm, the tab closes itself after 5 seconds with a visible countdown (if your browser does not allow it, you can simply close it).

Levels, coins and custom /rank cards for your Discord server

• Discord levels: members earn XP by chatting (with an anti-spam gate, per-role multipliers, an optional bonus while you are live and level-to-role rewards), check their progress with /rank and /leaderboard, and get an announcement when they level up.
• Coins and card shop: members earn coins by leveling up, chatting while you are live or claiming /daily, and spend them in /shop on card themes, fonts and photo-border colors for their /rank card. /shop now shows visual previews. Titles unlock automatically by level (Novato → Mítico) and you can add your own or turn Trigglow's off. Coin and XP grants can be limited to the roles you choose and are recorded in an audit log.
• Custom commands now also work as Discord slash commands (/command) alongside !command, so they keep working even if your server loses the Message Content intent.
• Privacy: our privacy and cookie policies now describe our cookie-less visit and download statistics (no cookies, no raw IP, no tracking across days). Plus smaller improvements to payment-issue handling for our support team.

TrigglowBot levels up: welcome messages, reaction roles, custom commands and more

• Discord: TrigglowBot now greets new members (with an optional auto-role) and says goodbye when they leave, posts reaction-role panels, and answers your own !commands. Moderation gained /unban, /unmute, /tempban, /infractions, /slowmode and the same spam filters that protect your Kick/Twitch chat, and moderation plus custom commands are now free on every plan.
• Discord live alerts: announce other Kick or Twitch streamers going live (a co-streamer who never signed up, for example): Free 5, Starter 15, Plus 25 per server, with separate Twitch and Kick lists. The /app/discord dashboard was redesigned around a server picker and per-module pages.
• New notification preferences in Settings: get an email or a browser push notification for follows, subs, gift subs, gifts and raids.
• Music overlay can show synced lyrics for the current song, you can hide individual clips from your clips page, and the "server unreachable" screen now explains the problem more clearly and retries automatically.

TrigglowBot: a Discord bot for stream alerts and moderation

• New: TrigglowBot, an installable Discord bot. Post an alert on your server the moment you go live on Kick or Twitch, plus /warn /mute /kick /ban /purge and spam/link/invite filters that reuse your existing Trigglow banned-words list (Starter plan or higher). Install it from Settings → Connections → Discord, or read more on the new /discord page.
• Fix: sandboxed Adsterra ad iframes after a production report of ads force-redirecting the whole tab; a malicious creative can no longer hijack navigation.
• Now Playing widget: long song/track titles that overflow now scroll smoothly instead of getting cut off; the clip editor gained a "My projects" modal to reopen a saved project.

Twitch clips can now have a custom duration (5–60s)

• The "Create clip" modal for Twitch now has a duration slider from 5 to 60 seconds, instead of always creating a fixed 30-second clip.

Fix: Twitch link redirect, and a couple of leftover "Kick" labels

• Linking or reconnecting Twitch now returns you to the page you started from (e.g. /app/clips) instead of always landing on Settings.
• Fixed a few spots that still said "Kick" on UI shared by both platforms: the Clips page subtitle, the Twitch tab's empty state, and the Stream Deck plugin's Create-clip tooltip.

Fix: reconnecting Twitch now actually grants the new Clips permission

• Reconnecting Twitch appeared to succeed (it correctly landed you back on Settings) but silently kept your old permissions: Twitch doesn't force its consent screen for an app you'd already authorized, even when it's now asking for more. Reconnecting now always shows that screen, so the new Clips permission is actually granted. If you already tried reconnecting, do it once more.

Fix: reconnecting Twitch/Kick no longer bounces back to Settings

• Reconnecting Twitch (or Kick) to grant new permissions could silently land you back on Settings instead of the platform's authorization screen, on accounts that had been logged in for a while. The session cookie that flow depends on had quietly expired even though the rest of the app still saw you as logged in. Fixed: that cookie now refreshes automatically as you use Trigglow, and the reconnect button refreshes it again right before sending you to authorize, so it always works.

Fix: "Watch on Kick/Twitch" link, redesigned share button

• The "Watch on Kick"/"Watch on Twitch" button on a native clip's public page did nothing. Fixed.
• The share button on every clip page is now a proper sheet: Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, plus a one-click copy-URL field.
• Reconnecting Twitch to grant the new Clips permission now actually does something: a "Reconnect" link next to an already-connected platform in Connections, and the Clips tab's banner links straight into the Twitch authorization flow instead of a settings page with nothing to click.

Twitch Clips (Beta): create, download, and engage with native Twitch clips

• New "Native Twitch clips" tab in /app/clips, powered by Twitch's own official Clips API, not a workaround. Create a clip while live, download the video, and get likes/comments/views on top, same as native Kick clips already had.
• The Stream Deck "Create clip" key now works for Twitch too, with an optional per-key platform picker (Kick / Twitch / Automatic) when you have both linked.
• Beta, off by default. If you already linked Twitch, you'll need to reconnect it once from Settings to grant the new clip permissions; viewing your existing Twitch clips works immediately either way.

Stream Deck plugin now on Elgato Marketplace, plus quicker access to the Create-clip setup URL

• The Stream Deck plugin now installs from its official Elgato Marketplace listing; updates are handled by Stream Deck itself. Direct beta-build downloads are still available under Extensions → Advanced options.
• Clips settings now shows the Stream Deck "Create clip" setup URL directly, with a one-click copy, no need to already know it lives on the Extensions page.

Fix: Starter/Plus visitors no longer see ads on public pages

• Signed-in Starter and Plus users saw ads on public pages (homepage, docs, /clips, /dynamic-delay) even though the dashboard correctly hid them for paid plans. That's fixed now, ads never show anywhere once you're on a paid plan.

Switched ad network to Adsterra, extended ads to public pages, and refreshed the cookie consent banner

• Replaced Google AdSense with Adsterra across the Free plan dashboard and the site's public pages (homepage, docs, changelog, etc.). Same GDPR consent gate as before, nothing loads until you accept.
• New fixed side-rail ads on wide screens on /clips and /dynamic-delay, and a compact mobile-sized banner alongside the existing desktop one.
• Redesigned the cookie consent banner: a wider category panel so "Necessary" and "Marketing" cookies are fully readable, a new cookie icon, and a clearer "Remove ads" call to action.
• Updated the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Subprocessors list to reflect Adsterra as our advertising partner.

Native Kick clips now play in-page, plus a Stream Deck "Create clip" button

• Native Kick clip pages now play the video directly on Trigglow instead of only linking out to kick.com. The "Watch on Kick" option is still there for anyone who prefers it.
• New Stream Deck button: clip your live Kick stream with one press. Since Stream Deck has no text input, the clip gets an auto-generated title from your live category, and TrigglowBot posts the clip's link into your chat automatically.

Digital Store, email broadcasts, and native Kick clip likes/comments/downloads

• New Trigglow Store: sell digital products (files, downloads) with secure, expirable download links delivered automatically after purchase.
• New email broadcasts: send templated campaigns to your audience, filterable by plan and preferences, from the admin panel.
• Kick has no public like/comment surface, so clips made natively on Kick now get Trigglow's own views, likes and comments on their own page. Video playback stays on kick.com, we just layer engagement on top.
• Streamers can now download their own native Kick clips from the Clips dashboard, and pick the exact frame to use as a Trigglow clip's thumbnail instead of always the auto-picked one.

Fix: Clips link missing from the site header

• Added a "Clips" link to the public header nav so the new global gallery is actually discoverable.

Kick Clips: a global clips gallery, a proper branded header, and native Kick clips

• New global gallery at /clips: the latest clips made with Trigglow across every channel, with an "active channels" avatar row up top, just like a real clips homepage.
• Public clip pages, channel galleries and the new global gallery now use Trigglow's actual site header (nav, language switcher, sign-in) instead of a bare logo.
• Clips made natively on Kick (by you or a viewer, outside Trigglow) now show up too: a "Native Kick clips" tab on your dashboard and on your public channel gallery, clearly marked with a Kick badge, linking straight to the real kick.com clip.

Kick Clips: real thumbnails, view counts everywhere, and streamer identity on clip pages

• Clips now keep a real thumbnail image captured from the clip itself, instead of falling back to a video preview after the first render. Every clip card across the app loads faster and looks sharper.
• View counts now show on your own clip list and on public channel galleries, not just on the clip page itself.
• Public clip pages now show the streamer's avatar and channel name right under the player, with a quick "View all clips" shortcut, and channel galleries got the same treatment.

Kick Clips: channel clip galleries, an Enable Clips switch, and a proper footer

• Every channel now has its own public gallery at /clips/channel/<name>, linked from each clip page's "View all clips". Browse everything a streamer has published, paginated.
• New per-streamer "Enable Clips" switch in a small Settings panel on the Clips dashboard: turn off new clip creation without taking down clips you've already made.
• Public clip pages now end in a real site footer instead of just stopping, matching the rest of Trigglow.

Kick Clips: public clip pages with likes, comments, and views

• Every clip now has its own public page: anyone with the link can watch it, no Trigglow account needed, just like Kick's own clip pages. Signed-in viewers can like/dislike, comment, and see view counts; comments run through the same Banned Words and spam-filter protections already guarding your live chat.
• Each clip page shows a "more clips from this channel" sidebar, and has Share and Download buttons.

Fix: Clips search icon and thumbnail player polish

• Fixed the Clips search box's icon overlapping its placeholder text, and replaced the browser's own video controls on clip thumbnails (which cluttered the row on hover) with a clean static thumbnail and a single play button that opens the clip in a proper player.

Kick Clips: redesigned Clips page: search, filters, sort, rename & delete

• Clips got a full redesign: a prominent "Create clip" button opens a create dialog instead of a permanent form, and your clips now show in a searchable, filterable, sortable library with duration and date filters and a Newest/Oldest/Longest/Shortest sort.
• Each clip now has a "..." menu with Download, Rename, and Delete (with a confirmation step), plus "Load more" paging once you have more than a page of clips.
• Refreshed toast notifications across the app with smoother, more polished animations.

Kick Clips: fixed 30s duration and a redesigned gallery

• Kick Clips (still Beta) dropped the duration slider: every clip now captures up to the last 30 seconds of your stream (still limited to whatever's actually buffered). The Clips page is redesigned too: a compact one-line quick-create bar, and your clips now show in a proper gallery with a duration badge, title, and date on each card.

Kick Clips: rebuilt to work without a bot login at all

• Kick Clips (still Beta) no longer relies on the Trigglow bot logging into Kick. Clips are now captured directly from your channel's own live stream and stored on Trigglow, so there's nothing to connect or set up beyond linking Kick. Duration is now 5-20 seconds (down from the earlier 10-180s target), matching what's actually available from a live capture rather than Kick's own native clip tool.

Kick Clips (Beta): custom-duration clips via the Trigglow bot

• New Clips tab: create Kick clips with a fully custom duration (10-180 seconds, Kick's own maximum, not a fixed ~30s like third-party tools), and browse your recent clips without leaving Trigglow. The Trigglow bot creates them on your behalf, so there's no separate Kick login on your side. Just make sure the bot is a moderator in your chat, same as any other bot feature.
• Marked Beta in the sidebar and on the page: Kick has no official clips API yet, so this runs on an undocumented surface we're still validating against real, live streams.

Fix: silent bounce when connecting Kick/Twitch/Spotify with an expired session

• Fixed a bug where clicking "Connect" for Kick, Twitch, or Spotify in Settings could silently drop you back on the same page with no explanation if your session had quietly expired in the background. You'll now see a clear "your session expired, please sign in again" message instead.

Trigglow Bot modules, Twitch bot fixes, and a rebuilt spam filter

• New Trigglow Bot Modules: Eight Ball, Emote Pyramid, Emote Combo, and a moderator-only Shoutout command, plus a Bot Overview landing page, a per-platform Platforms page, bot identity modes (post as yourself, or link a free dedicated bot account on Plus), and a moderation history log.
• Chat commands got a big variable upgrade: named counters ($(count)/$(getcounter)/$(setcounter)), persistent per-user and channel-wide variables ($(setuservar)/$(uservar)/$(setglobalvar)/$(globalvar), plus $(json)/$(jsonset)/$(jsonunset)), your loyalty stats ($(points)/$(level)/$(addPoints)/$(setPoints)), and an SSRF-hardened fetch[url]/$(urlfetch)/$(earlyFetch) for pulling in outside data.
• Twitch parity fixes: a data bug that could merge a Kick and a Twitch viewer's loyalty XP/points (and quest/giveaway progress) when they happened to share the same numeric id is fixed; Emote Pyramid/Combo now recognize your channel's real Twitch emotes instead of only a fixed word list; and (the big one) a streamer connected to both Kick and Twitch no longer has bot replies (custom commands, chat alerts, moderation warnings, song requests) silently posting only to Kick when they were actually triggered on Twitch.
• Spam Filters & Banned Words rebuilt on a per-filter penalty model: choose warn/timeout/ban independently for each of the 9 filters and for Banned Words groups, with violation-count probation tracking, one-man-spam detection, and automatic language detection, now living in their own place under Trigglow Bot.
• New streamer Earnings dashboard with a payouts breakdown, and an admin Stripe Connect health page.
• Interface polish: confirmation modals on destructive admin/dashboard actions, bulk select + actions on Automations, shared Tabs/search/error-state components, and clearer descriptions on the sidebar's brand-named tools.

Dynamic Delay OBS plugin: report a problem, update check, and full translation

• The Dynamic Delay OBS plugin dock got a redesign, an in-app "Report a problem" button that creates a support ticket with your OBS log attached automatically, a check for new plugin versions, and a real translation pass (it now follows OBS's own language setting instead of always showing Spanish).
• A measured (not assumed) tuning pass on the plugin's RAM buffer cut real memory usage at 30s/1080p from roughly 2.8GB to 2.1GB.
• `/auth/me` now returns your account email, so the plugin can pre-fill it in the new report-a-problem form for anyone already signed in.
• New Spotify song requests: viewers queue tracks with a chat command (`!sr`), with per-viewer cooldowns, a max queue length, a per-viewer hold limit, a minimum chat level and an explicit-content toggle. Trigglow can auto-advance the queue on your active Spotify device, and a dedicated OBS overlay shows the now-playing track with album art, progress, requester and the next-up list.
• Every persistent overlay is now customisable from its own page with a live preview: the chat, quests, giveaway, loyalty and music overlays (and the loyalty leaderboard shown on the alerts overlay) share one appearance panel for font, text and accent colours, background and border, drop shadow, entrance animation, screen anchor, padding, spacing and scale.

Support & Feedback internationalization, admin safety modals, and UI polish

• Support & Feedback Portal translated into 4 languages: the public support center, ticket creation and tracking, and the community feedback portal are now fully localized in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese with dynamic language switching.
• Localized ticket statuses and categories: issue categories, priority badges, ticket status labels, form validation alerts, and FAQs now display seamlessly in your selected language.
• Safer admin management: added confirmation modals for critical and destructive actions across the admin dashboard, including disabling platform bots, deleting quests, and approving or rejecting referral commissions.
• Design system consistency: introduced the shared SpButton component and unified currency formatting across studio, billing, and admin panels.

Twitch support, giveaways, and a bigger loyalty system

• Twitch is now a first-class platform alongside Kick: sign up or link a channel with "Continue with Twitch", full OAuth, and live chat/follow/sub/cheer/raid events through EventSub. The chatbot, chat commands, quests, loyalty, and overlays all work the same as on Kick.
• The chat overlay now shows a per-message source mark so viewers from Kick and Twitch are told apart at a glance.
• New Giveaways tool: run raffles off your live stream activity (follows, subs, gifts, chat), pick single or multiple winners, re-roll, and see entry/winner history, plus a dedicated OBS overlay.
• Loyalty & XP expanded: point multipliers, XP for raids/donations/watch time/daily streaks, named level tiers, a points economy with redeemable rewards, and a new animated overlay for level-ups and the leaderboard.

Interface polish, localized emails & safer accounts

• Interface polish pass across the app: scroll-reveal animations on public pages, loading skeletons, toast notifications, animated counters, a route-change progress bar, and consistent focus rings and empty states.
• One Kick channel, one account: a channel can only be linked to a single Trigglow account, signing in with Kick no longer creates a duplicate account, and you can unlink your channel yourself from Settings → Security (you are asked to set a password first if the account was created with Kick). Support can move a channel between accounts.
• Transactional emails redesigned with a lighter layout and fully translated into 7 languages.
• Payment receipts and subscription invoices now come with a downloadable PDF.
• Manual image review: admins can require avatars, banners and uploaded images to be approved by staff before they go live, with an in-app notice while a review is pending.
• New "bot" account type for cleaner admin user filtering.
• Import your chat commands from other bots: connect Nightbot (OAuth, tokens never stored), pull from Botrix by channel, or paste / upload a Streamlabs Chatbot export. A review screen maps permissions to Trigglow roles, translates response variables, and flags name clashes with an overwrite / skip / rename choice before committing; chat alerts found in the file are offered as opt-in extras.
• Chat commands 2.0: commands now support aliases and per-command / per-user cooldowns, a searchable variable picker with descriptions and examples for building responses, and stronger duplicate-name collision detection.

Stream Deck setup link fix

• Fixed the Stream Deck "Setup URL" box not appearing on the Extensions page: it was silently failing to fetch from a stale endpoint, so nobody could copy their setup link into the plugin.

Lower Starter & Plus pricing, chatbot fixes

• Starter drops from €4 to €1.99/month and Plus from €10 to €3.99/month.
• Chat bot: stopped duplicate replies when a channel has both a shared and a custom bot connected, and added a help list for unknown commands.
• Trigglow Link: fixed the profile avatar painting under the banner band.

Production hardening & Trigglow Link overhaul

• Payment safety: referral commission payouts and account credits are now booked atomically with Stripe idempotency keys: a double click or a retried webhook can no longer pay twice.
• Referral commissions convert from checkout.session.completed, not only invoice.paid, so a referred viewer's first Starter/Plus payment always books the inviter's commission. Stripe webhooks are de-duplicated by event id.
• Auth hardening: per-account login throttle, an atomic rate limiter that fails open during a Redis blip, an optional dedicated key for encrypting connected-platform tokens, and a kill switch for legacy sessions.
• Trigglow Link: upload a real profile photo, a guaranteed-unique @username, and a drag-and-drop two-column layout editor for the public hub.
• The Link editor preview now renders the real public page live (mobile and desktop) instead of a mock; social links moved into the header with brand colours, and Bluesky was added.
• Safety & Filters now owns the bot live-chat word list too: one place for blocked/allowed words and packs. Trigglow Bot is a collapsible section under Tools.
• Billing shows a scheduled cancellation ("your plan ends on <date>, N days left") instead of looking active until it disappears.
• Interface polish: hand-drawn SVG icons replace emoji across the app; SSRF-hardened remote image fetches and stricter upload type checks.
